OpenAvanti is currently in pre-release testing. Once this testing is complete, a beta version, and subsequent release candidates and stable releases, will be available for download.

However, in the mean time, if you are feeling frisky, feel free to browse the source code or check out the latest copy from Subversion at Google Code.
